An 89-year-old woman has allegedly had her purse stolen while out shopping in Hedon on 21 December 2017.
The incident occurred in Heron Foods on St Augustine’s Gate around 2pm. When the woman got to the till she found her purse was missing leaving her unable to pay.
It’s thought a man had approached her in the store and when she was distracted he allegedly took her purse from her bag.
