CGL Renew are part of the charity Change, Grow, Live, and provide services that help people to overcome issues with drug and alcohol addiction in Hull.

This week they have launched their “What’s your number?” campaign to try and encourage people to measure their own drinking levels and see if they are above or below the national guidelines. They also offer support for people that may want to get a little help in cutting down in their drinking.
