Business Support Officer vacancy, Healthwatch Hull

Healthwatch was established in April 2013 to become the consumer champion for health and social care services. Each Local Authority area in England has its own Healthwatch and Healthwatch Kingston upon Hull is the consumer voice for health and social care issues for the population of Kingston upon Hull.

Forum has been contracted by Hull City Council Council to deliver Healthwatch in Hull.

They are seeking a skilled business support officer to work alongside our current Healthwatch team.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to Healthwatch Hull and to act as a first point of contact for general public communication by all methods including telephone, e-mail, post and Social Media.

 You will have significant proven administrative skills and experience of communicating with a diverse range of people. This role will also provide the opportunity to work on the wider projects within our Healthwatch Team

You will also use your skills to raise and maintain the profile of Healthwatch Kingston upon Hull across key stakeholders and the local community, ensuring key messages and information are effectively communicated through social media.
