Navigating the journey of menopause can be hard so let’s gather around, drink tea and create a supportive discussion together at our Menopaus’ull Cafe!

A Menopaus’ull cafe is a place where we can openly and safely share experiences and connect with other like-minded ladies who are discovering their own ways of coping with this journey, let’s empower each other along the way!

Join the Menopaus’ull team on Tuesday 5th May from 12:30pm till 1:30pm for our Menopause Café at Hull University, Middleton Hall Arts Café, HU6 7RX.

If you are interested, there is no need to book, just turn up on the day.
