HEY Mind’s Mental Elf Run

Take part in the family 5km fun run at East Park in Hull.

What better way to kickstart your festive period than with a family run in the beautiful setting of East Park in Hull…dressed as an elf!

In partnership with the Hull FC Community Foundation, Hull & East Yorkshire Mind are excited to launch their first ever Mental Elf 5km event!

Sunday 4th December 2022

11:30am start (Registration at 10:30am)

East Park, Holderness Rd, Hull HU8 8JU

The event:
You can choose to walk or run the route on Sunday 4th December at East Park. The event is open to all abilities and ages, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Discounts are available for family and group/corporate teams. Children under 5 are free.

Fancy dress is encouraged but not required. However, there will be prizes on the day. There will also be a range of festive activities for all of the family.

All participants will receive a medal and goody bag at the finish line.

Parking is available on site but is limited. East Park has great transport links including a direct bus route to and from the city centre.
