Hull: BackCare Walk Back to Health

For nearly 50 years BackCare has been dedicated to educating the public throughout the UK and wider afield in ways of preventing and alleviating back pain. The charity aims to significantly reduce the burden of back and neck pain by providing information and advice to all people and organisations affected by serious back pain.

2 Wednesday 5th September start from Beverly Clump

3 Wednesday 19th September start opposite Raywell House.

4 Wednesday 3rd October start from near the Triton Inn, Brantingham

Walks are expected to finish about 12.30, but this is not guaranteed.

Bring a snack and a drink. Distance usually about 5 miles.

Suitable for people who are new to walking, are recovering from a health problem or want to build up their stamina prior to taking part in longer walks.

Lift available from Anlaby Road area and Holderness Road area and Hessle area.
