The rise of job offer scams and how you can protect yourself!
22nd August 2025Invitation to Creative Connections Art Exhibition – World Mental Health Day 2025.

In today’s world, human connection is more vital than ever. While finding the right words to express how we feel isn’t always easy, creative expression gives us another way to be heard and understood.
Through shared experiences, art can bridge gaps and build resilience, offering emotional support and a sense of belonging.
Creative Connections are delighted to showcase artwork from their patients and members of the public across all formats as part of the exhibition.
There will also be a series of free art workshops and activities for visitors to get involved in on the day, such as doodle art and kintsugi (the Japanese art of mending broken pottery).
Creative Connections will take place at Princes Quay (Ground Floor) in Hull, between 11am and 3pm on Friday 10 October 2025.
As well as working with their service users and patients this year, they’re also inviting you, members of the local communities, to get involved and submit your artwork for the exhibition.
Artwork can include paintings, drawings, photography, and much more. You do not need to be a professional artist to get involved, they encourage you to get your creative ideas flowing and enjoy the process!
How to submit your art
Simply send your created artwork to the following address between 15th – 29th September 2025.
