Have your say on a Community Centre name change!

We’re inviting the community to share your thoughts on a possible name change for the Alf Marshall Community Centre.

Since the Neighbourhood Network charity took over management of the facility in May 2023, we’ve introduced a wide range of activities and services to benefit the community. As we continue to grow and adapt to the needs of the local area, we’re considering updating the centre’s name to something more reflective of its current role and identity.

Through our conversations with residents, we found that many people are unsure about the origins of the Alf Marshall name or know very little about its significance. One suggestion that has come up is renaming the centre to Neighbourhood Network Community Centre.

But ultimately, we want YOUR input!
