NEW ‘Easy Movers – Chair fitness sessions coming to HU7

Neighbourhood Network are pleased to announce that, thanks to generous funding from Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust’s Community Mental Health & Wellbeing Grant, we are bringing a new weekly chair exercise group to the area after a previous group had to stop suddenly.

Lucy, Joint Chief Officer, said: “After listening to the voices of those affected, we were able to respond quickly and speak with a local funder about starting the group through our Community Centre Project.”

The classes will begin on Monday 1st June and will run weekly from 10:00am – 12:00pm.

No booking necessary – just come along!

Each session will include:
🪑 One hour of gentle chair-based exercises
☕ Time for a cup of tea and a friendly chat
💷 £3 per person, payable on the door

We look forward to welcoming local residents to this new group and helping people stay active, connected, and supported within the community.
