Towards An Active Hull 2018 – 2028′ is a new draft ten year strategy from Hull City Council for increasing physical activity. It aims to empower, enable and support communities and individuals to be more active.
From the most recent Active Lives survey, to achieve the same ‘active’ rate as England, Hull would require an additional 7,550 adults (aged 16+) moving from the ‘inactive’ or ‘fairly active’ categories (based on 2015 ONS mid-year population estimates).
Hull Culture and Leisure and Hull City Council are keen to hear your views about the proposed strategy.
