Hull’s Tommy Coyle handed out free school uniforms to local families in need on Wednesday 27th August .
The former boxer started giving away school uniforms during the pandemic to hard pressed households and it has become a regular thing since then.
He was supported in by sponsors including Trans Waste, Cranswick Foods and MKM, and a small donation from Hatfield’s Land Rover. The scheme is being delivered by the Coyle Sports Community.
The event took place at Tommy’s gym, TC60, in Humber Street .
In July he was granted Freedom of the City of Hull in recognition of his charitable initiatives aimed at tackling child poverty and youth violence.
