11th March 2022NEW ‘Lets Talk’ ladies group launch
The Menopaus’ull Team are excited to launch the NEW ‘Let’s Talk’ Ladies group as part of the Menopaus’ull Project.
This is a 6-week program aimed at improving anxiety and mental health concerns during the menopause, by using talking therapy. The sessions will be hosted by Gill Hirst, therapist, and Associate of Newson Health Menopause Society.
Sessions will take place every Thursday at 7pm for 1 hour and due to the nature of the sessions the team are looking for no more than 6 ladies who can commit to the 6 weekly sessions, starting on Thursday 17th March 2022.
To enable the team to select participants most suitable for this program, we are asking all interested participants to complete the following form.
