£159.5k worth of cannabis located at property in Hull

An investigation is underway following the discovery of a cannabis grow at a property down Glencoe Street in Hull on Thursday, 23 October 2025.

At approximately 8.30am, officers from Humberside Police’s Kinetic Intervention Team conducted a Misuse of Drugs Act warrant.

Upon entering the property, it was reported a large quantity of cannabis plants with an estimated value of £159,500 were discovered.

A scene guard was in place at the time to allow Crime Scene Investigators to attend, and officers to dismantle the grow.
