£200,000 of items seized in connection with burglary investigation

A haul of items estimated to be worth around two hundred thousand pounds has been seized from addresses in Hull in connection with a burglary in East Yorkshire last year.

It’s all part of an investigation by detectives from Hull CID and the north bank proactive team into a burglary at a house in Anlaby in 2018.

With assistance from Op Galaxy officers, two people have been arrested in connection with it. It’s not yet known if all the goods are connected to the burglary. Our investigations are ongoing.

All well as this, the work also being done by Op Galaxy this week has seen charges been brought for imitation firearms, weapons, and aggravated burglary.
