10th March 202345 arrested as policing action continues in North Hull
Humberside Police’s North Hull Neighbourhood Policing Team have been ramping up efforts to tackle crime and address concerns raised by local residents in the area.
In the last three weeks, 45 people have been arrested in connection with a number of offences including drugs, theft, burglaries, motor vehicle related crime, criminal damage and antisocial behaviour.
They have also executed 8 warrants, recovered 17 vehicles and 11 bikes.
As a part of the continued targeted action in north Hull today (Thursday 9 March) officers executed a warrant at a property on 38th Avenue on Orchard Park.
Officers conducted a thorough search of the property and recovered a quantity of cash, equipment associated with the supply of drugs, a number of valuables, six bikes and two electric scooters.
A 42-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of being concerned with the supply of class A drugs and 42-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods.
They both remain in police custody whilst officers continue to conduct lines of enquiry.
Police would ask any members of the community to come forward with concerns or information that could help to tackle these crimes.
