Multi-Skills Development Training on offer with Active Humber

Active Humber’s 1st4sport Level 2 Award in Multi-Skills Development in Sport (QCF) will be taking place in March 2018.

When: W/C Mon, 26 Mar 2018 – available multiple days – 26th March, 27th March, 28th March
Venue: St Marys College, Cranbrook Avenue, Hull, HU6 7TN

The training provides learners aged 17+ with an introduction to the processes & principles of supporting child development through multi-skills.

Learners who achieve this qualification will:
> Be able to support childrens successful participation in sport
> Learn to design, deliver & evaluate multi-skills activity sessions
> Make a positive impact on the children they are working with by developing their movement confidence & sport-related skills
> Help children master the fundamentals of movement in a fun, imaginative & progressive way

The qualification is suitable for:
> Sport-specific coaches who wish to specialise in coaching children & young people
> Sports coaches who work or aspire to work in schools
> Coaches who work predominantly with children
