26th July 2024Adult Social Care Survey
Hull Adult Social Care recognises the role digital skills have to transform the way they work and deliver services. This research will be used to help them to put digital technologies at the heart of their services, so they can support those they work with to live the best life they can and to remain independent and well for as long as possible.
They want to hear the views of both current Adult Social Care users and non-Adult Social Care users, so that they can plan for services now and into the future to understand how representative of the population the sample is.
Anyone can take part and you will not be able to be identified from any of your answers and no personal information will be reported.
Hull City Council will be supported by the Curiosity Partnership and the University of York to undertake, analyse and report on the survey responses.
The survey will close once they have received a satisfactory number of responses.
