Appeal for witnesses to road traffic collision on York Road in Hull

The driver of a silver car is wanted for failing to stop at the scene of a collision.

Shortly before 6.30pm on 20 August a 44 year-old cyclist was knocked from his bike on York Road in Hull. He suffered serious and potentially life-changing injuries in the incident.

A silver car was involved in the collision, the driver initially stopped to give assistance to the cyclist but left the scene before the police arrived.
