Are you up for a Walking Challenge?

We are teaming up with Hull 2020 Champions to get as many people walking during the month of May as we possibly can – who’s joining us!

To celebrate national walking month, the Teaming up for health partnership are inviting fans of the Rugby League Clubs, Hull 2020 Health Champions and the Hull Working Voices employees to complete and log walking during May.

We are asking for any of our members to sign up to the Hull 2020 Health Champions to back their cause.

Each time you walk for at least 20 minutes, where you can talk but not sing, please give yourself a tick on the calendar below.

At the end of the month please return your form by Wednesday 6^th June 2019 to emma.kelly25@nhs.net or Christine.ebeltoft@nhs.net.
