Aviva Community Fund soon open for applications

This year’s round of the Aviva Community Fund opens for applications on 11th September. This fund has proved very popular in previous years, so if you’ve got a project that needs a bit of a boost, it’s time to get your thinking cap on!

The Fund uses an X-Factor style public vote system to shortlist the entries, with the highest voted entries going on to judging. Projects can apply for 4 different levels of funding, (up to £1,000, up to £5,000, up to £10,000 and up to £25,000), and must be entered in one of the following categories:

• Environment
• Health & Wellbeing
• Skills for Life

The deadline for submitting entries is 9th October. After that, voting opens on 23rd October – so make sure you’ve got that date in your diary to remind your supporters to vote for you! For more information, and to apply once submissions open, visit the Aviva Community Fund website.
