BackCare hold a number of events and activities which will benefit those who suffer with back pain and help them become more active. The latest events and activities are as follows:
Walking Activities
The next walk will take place on Thursday 9th November. Walk in the Welton Water area starting at 10 am. We aim to meet up by the railway line so the gate can be raised once for us all to drive through together. If you get lost on the way, phone 07711285912.
