The aim of Together in Grief’s bereavement walks is to provide a safe and nurturing session so that participants can experience the mental and physical benefits that walking can provide, in the companionship of others also experiencing grief.
The walks will begin at Dove House Hospice, walking to East Park and back to Dove House for tea and coffee.
There will be something for everyone, even if you can only walk a short distance
They welcome adults of all ages.
The weekly walks will operate for 10 weeks, each Monday at 9.30am, starting on 14th June.
