It is with great pleasure that CHCP are announcing, during Carers Week, of a Carers Celebration Service at Hull Minster.
It is taking place on the 7th of June at 11am and all are welcome.
There will be cake, drinks and entertainment available. They hope to see as many of you there, and if you would be so kind to share this with anyone else you think would love to attend.
