11th November 2019Charge in connection with Hessle bookies burglary
A man, caught within an hour of a reported burglary at a bookmakers in Hessle, has been charged.
John Albert Simmons, 34, of First Lane in Hessle has been charged with burglary following an incident at the shop on Hull Road on Sunday 10 November.
Information was passed on to officers by members of the public which led to him being quickly identified and subsequently arrested.
He is due to appear before Hull Magistrates Court.
Authorities thank everyone for their help.
