Charges brought following burglary in Anlaby

A man has been charged following a burglary where a number of high value items were stolen from an address in Anlaby last December. 

Paul Boddy (34) of Birdstall Avenue, Hull was charged with burglary yesterday, Thursday 26 September. He was remanded in custody overnight to appear at Hull Magistrates Court this morning, Friday 27 September. 

Police were called shortly after 4.30am on Saturday 1 December by someone reporting an alarm going off at an address on Croft Drive, Anlaby. Officers attended and found that someone had allegedly broken in to the property and stolen a number of valuable items.

Rikkie Baker (32) of Providence Place, Bridlington was charged with burglary on Tuesday 30 April in connection with the incident. He appeared at Hull Magistrates Court on Wednesday 1 May and remains in custody.
