Clients who are eligible for the project need to follow this criteria:
- They are in a financial crisis: eg no safe place to sleep or have no food, gas or electric – if they engage with the service we can help them with food parcels, gas and electric etc from our crisis fund
- Need advice such as benefits as they have been sanctioned for example, or are facing eviction or have become homeless.
- Need extra support to act on that advice: are particularly vulnerable such as mental or physical health problems or single parent, migrant etc
