HERIB is a registered charity providing support services to people with visual impairments across Hull and East Yorkshire. Position: Community Fundraiser
Location: Hull based
Contract type: Part Time
Hours: 21 hours per week
Salary: £18 to £20,000 per annum pro rata

This is a new role responsible for growing and supporting the volunteer community and maximising fundraising opportunities across Hull and East Yorkshire. The Community Fundraiser will build strong relationships with community groups, local businesses and individuals to ensure they reach their fundraising potential for HERIB as well as promoting our events campaigns and assisting with the organisation of events.
They are looking for someone who has come from fundraising background and who can hit the ground running in this exciting new role.
The successful candidate will have experience of fundraising and generating income and support. You will understand the importance of networking and building / strengthening contacts and have the ability to inspire and motivate supporters.
You will also have ICT skills (MS Office including Database, Email, Internet, Social Media).
