14th January 2022Community Group Starter Grants with Hull CVS
Funded by a donation from The Sir James Reckitt Charity, Hull CVS runs a small grant scheme that provides grants of up to £200 to small volunteer run groups in the city of Hull.
Starter Grants are intended to help new groups get established; and provide small grants of up between £150 and £200 to small voluntary run groups to pay for the things that they need to help them get off the ground.
One-off grants of up to £150 are available for small relatively new groups, and repeat (annual) grants of up to £200 are available for tiny self help groups.
Groups may use a Starter Grants to pay towards the running costs of the group, purchase materials for activities, replace books and other resources, or contribute towards other costs.
If you are interested in finding out more about Starter Grants or would like to make an application please visit the Hull CVS website here for more information https://hullcvs.org.uk/professional-services/grants-administration/starter-grants/
