Hull Kingston Rovers Community Trust and Hull FC Foundation are working together on a new and exciting health initiative alongside Hull’s Clinical Commissioning Group and Hull City Council’s Public Health Department.
As a result of this the Trust and the Foundation have 2 new posts for Community Integrated Managers who will work together liaising with our statutory partners to deliver a number of health activities across Hull. The Coordinators will be key to the success of this initiative and will therefore have experience and knowledge of working in this sector.
