8th April 2021Connect Well social prescribing grants: Seventh Round – Moving on from COVID 19
The seventh round of the Connect Well social prescribing grants focuses on supporting people who have experienced the greatest challenges because of the pandemic and social distancing restrictions. Funding is for work to restore their health, wellbeing and independence which have been impacted during the pandemic.
Grants of up to £40,000 for projects lasting up to a year will be made to increase the capacity of providers of community focused activities and services, to help them reach the people in greatest need.
Eligible projects will be those lasting up to one year, and supporting adults aged 16 and over who are living in, or are registered with a GP in the city of Hull. They will be run by applicants with a track record of strong engagement in the local community.

The deadline for applications is 12 noon Monday 26th April 2021. Applications received after that time will not be accepted.
