Cottingham: 5 people have suffered what are thought to be minor injuries

Five people have suffered what are thought to be minor injuries in a collision on Thwaite Street, Cottingham this afternoon.

The collision happened shortly at around 12.20pm when a bus collided with the barriers of the railway crossing, a van and a pedestrian.

Humberside Police are working with the Ambulance Service, Humberside Fire and Rescue Service and Network Rail to resolve the issues, however the road is currently closed. Therefore, motorists are advised to avoid the area.
