We are working hard to maintain vital services as we deal with the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

Hull City Council have plans in place to deal with a pandemic and, working with the NHS, Public Health England and other partners, we are doing everything we can to protect and support residents and businesses in our city at this very difficult time.

A Major Incident has been declared in our region by the Humber Local Resilience Forum so their available staff and resources are now focused on delivering critical services, including the care and support of our most vulnerable residents, waste collections and essential housing repairs.

Other services are being reduced or temporarily suspended, this may be due to official Government advice or because our staff are being prioritised to other areas.
