Citizens Advice Hull and East Riding (CAH&ER) is recruiting for it’s Social Prescribing service in Hull, provided in partnership with Forum. Funded by Hull Clinical Commissioning Group and Hull City Council, the service provides residents with a holistic welfare advice and wellbeing service, working with a wide range of referring partners and community based organisations.
As a Customer Service Administrator in Connect Well you will join a team committed to providing an excellent service for clients and support to the team of Welfare Advisers and Wellbeing Co-ordinators.
The successful applicant will be the first contact with clients, partner organisations and a wide range of referrers, and be responsible for promoting and explaining the benefits of the service to all contacts. With your colleagues you will ensure that client related information and documentation is prepared, maintained and communicated to relevant parties.
