Did you witness an assault on Greenwood Avenue, Hull?

Humberside Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was pushed off his moving cycle on Greenwood Avenue at the junction with Ellerburn Avenue, Hull at 5.40pm on Tuesday 25 July.

A 57-year-old man was cycling along the road when an unknown person on a motorbike approached him from behind and allegedly kicked the victims bike as they passed.

This caused the cyclist to fall into a parked car, hitting his head in the process.

The victim sustained a gash to his forehead requiring a number of stitches at Hull Royal Infirmary.
