Do you suffer from back pain?

The charity Back Care are organising a few activities during Back Care week, which takes place from 2nd to 6th October.

The programme scheduled for the Hull and East Riding branch is as follows:


Tuesday 3rd October

Everyday First aid by the Red Cross at Boulevard Village Hall 1pm (prompt) to 3 15 pm.


Wednesday 4th October

A leisurely ramble around ‘Little Switzerland’. Meet at Humber Bridge car park, near the tourist information kiosk at 10am.


Thursday 5th October

Treatment session at Boulevard Village Hall  Various treatments and equipment available to try. 1 pm to 2.30 pm


All these events are free of charge

During November, they will also be organising a Free Posture Screening session on how to keep your spine healthy.  This will take place on Tuesday 7th November 2017 at 2.00pm.  The session will be by Jackie Cowie MTech (Chiro) and held at the Boulevard Village Hall, next to the Catholic Church HU3 3EL.  Doors will open at 1.30pm for raffle, and refreshments.
