Hull City Council are recruiting a Workforce Development Officer to lead on the development, implementation and evaluation of a multi-agency workforce development plan to support the First 1001 days work across Hull and the Early Help partnership.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with Early Help staff and colleagues across the city to embed evidence based practice. This will be through implementation of a high quality and integrated training programme to enable confidence in supporting children, families and young people.
Duties will include arranging a wide range of training courses, undertaking annual needs analysis, developing learning materials for programmes where necessary, promotion of the training offer and evaluation of short and longer term impact.
