Health Captains Volunteer Coordinator – Hull CVS
Closing date: Wednesday 22nd June
Salary: £20,000 – £23,000 pa (dependent on experience)
Hours: Up 35 hours per week (negotiable)
Tenure: 12-18 months initially
Contract: Fixed term or secondment opportunity
They are looking for an individual to join them as Volunteer Coordinator to engage and inspire existing and new volunteers to provide vital support to individuals on their healthcare journey. The post-holder will oversee the recruitment, supervision and management of volunteers and ensure they are able to contribute fully to the work of the programme. The post holder will have a cohort of direct volunteers, in addition to working with other organisations to support volunteers in to their programmes.

Health & Community Programme Lead – Hull CVS

This is a brand new opportunity for an experienced project manager to lead on a new and exciting programme aimed at utilising volunteers in health and care services. Hull CVS has recently been awarded funding from NHS Charities Together to develop the ‘Health Captains’ Volunteer Service which aims to reduce health inequalities and reduce pressures on NHS services.
