Fatal road traffic collision on A1033 east of Patrington

Humberside Police were called shortly after 5am on Sunday 30 July to reports that a car had left the road on the A1033, one mile east of Patrington.

The driver of the silver Audi A4 sadly died at the scene.  The man has not yet been formally identified. 

It is not known what time the collision occurred and we are appealing for anyone travelling in the area during the hours of darkness to call the police if they saw the silver Audi A4.

The road between Hollym and Patrington was closed from 5am until around 1130am to allow accident investigators to work and for the recovery of the vehicle.
