To mark Oesophageal cancer awareness month (February), Humber and North Yorkshire Cancer Alliance is supporting national campaigns to raise awareness about oesophageal cancer and Barrett’s oesophagus, by offering short online cancer awareness sessions for all.
Please come and join one of their 20 minute sessions and learn more about;
- Where is your oesophagus
- The signs and symptoms of oesophageal cancer
- Barrett’s oesophagus – what is this?
- How to reduce your risk of oesophageal cancer
They are offering a number of sessions throughout February, please click here to take you to the Eventbrite booking page. If you cannot attend these dates, please contact them to advise on hny.cancerchampions@nhs.net The sessions are available on;
- Tuesday 4th February at 12:00
- Monday 10th February at 09:30
- Wednesday 19th February at 13:00
- Friday 28th February at 12:00
