We are pleased to welcome the team from Heart Research UK who will be delivering FREE Healthy Heart checks on the 20th of September at the Alf Marshall Community Centre, Bransholme, Hull.

Coronary heart disease is responsible for 66,000 deaths every year in the UK and is largely preventable. Knowing your heart health numbers is important and can encourage you to make some positive lifestyle changes to reduce your risk of developing coronary heart disease.

The health check will take 25 minutes and includes:
Blood pressure
Cholesterol
Body composition (body fat %, visceral fat etc)
Tailored Lifestyle advice

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the start time of your appointment.

Heart Research UK will collect your name, number and email address in order to book, however, during the health check all data captured will be completely anonymous.
