Get moving with Mr Motivator whilst raising money for charity

St Barnabas Hospice are publishing a new video every day on its Facebook page, (open in a new tab) featuring Mr Motivator carrying out a 10-minute workout.   

Supporters are asked to tune in at 10am every day for two weeks, exercise and raise £28. The charity says this equates to £2 per workout, the price of the cup of coffee or tea that people would often buy every day when going to work.  The campaign is called #IsolationMotivation and supporters can use the hashtag to share photos and videos of themselves doing the workout.
