Get Out, Get Active with Active Humber

Active Humber has launched their Get Out, Get Active campaign to encourage and support local people to keep active whilst at home. The campaign provides east every day activities you can do simply, at home, with items just lying around the house. These activities are very easy to do, and you can make them as gentle or intense as you feel able to.
