Have you ever thought of becoming a Police or Fire & Rescue Volunteer?

My name is Joy Harvie, and I am a Community Engagement Coordinator who manages the volunteers for Humberside Police and Humberside Fire and Rescue.

Community Safety Volunteers assist us in a variety of tasks ranging from community engagement events to administrative work. We would match your skills/abilities and interests to our roles to make your experience of volunteering with us worthwhile and enjoyable

You don’t need any formal qualifications just an interest in making your communities a safer place to live and work.  There are no age restrictions, quite a few of our volunteers are retired and just wanting to keep active through volunteering.

To find out more information about volunteering opportunities please contact Joy Harvie on 01482 220723 or alternatively e-mail joy.harvie@humberside.pnn.police.uk or you can log onto our website www.humberside.police.uk and click on the link for community safety volunteers.
