Have you recently purchased mobility equipment?

The Department for Transport have created a short survey for use by members of the public who have purchased mobility equipment. The purpose being to ascertain their satisfaction with their purchasing experience, particularly around the retailer attitude towards safety, insurance, training and suitability.

This information is needed to assist authorities with the provision of local services ranging from Shopmobility to Clinical Assessments – and points in between such as retailer training, insurance services, transport advice and guidance, and tackling the loneliness agenda.
