Humberside Police are looking for Arturs Bertrams who is believed to be in the Hull area.

He is wanted for failing to comply with the terms of his licence.

He is not thought to be dangerous but the Police have asked that if you see him to call them on the non-emergency number 101 quoting reference 16/30814/17.
