Health and Well-being Support Worker with H-CAS

H-CAS (Humber Community Advice Services) are a Hull-based charity providing information, advice and support to members of the minority ethnic communities.

They are looking for a motivated and disciplined individual to fill the following vacancy:

A Health and Well-being Support Worker

Part-time role, two days per week, for a fixed period until Dec 2022

Salary: £20,664 annually (to be calculated on a pro-rata basis)

Applicants should be well organised and have previous experience of working with diverse communities. They should be team players and have:

• Good communication skills
• The ability to communicate effectively at different levels
• Compassion and a desire to make a positive difference to people’s lives
• The ability to respond quickly to different situations

H-CAS are currently working remotely where possible and in accordance with COVID guidance, this post will develop face to face client contact as regulations relax.
