Health Inequalities Community Development Fund.

The Hull Health Inequalities Community Development Fund is now open to applications.

The Health Inequalities Community Development Fund is aimed at voluntary and community sector groups and organisations to support the development of community-generated initiatives linked to the population health priorities of both the NHS Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) and Hull Place.

This will be aimed at community groups on a neighbourhood level, with a maximum award of £5,000 per project. 

Funded projects will also provide an opportunity to deliver public health messaging in a different and more creative way. Hull’s strong and diverse voluntary and community sector are key assets in unlocking the potential of local communities to create new initiatives to tackle health inequalities.
