Healthwatch Hull – People and Carers event

August 14 @ 9:30 am3:00 pm

In conjunction with Hull City Council and NHS Hull Clinical Commissioning Group, Healthwatch Hull want to hear public, patient and carers views, experiences and recommendations on how Health and Social Care services across the city can adapt to the additional pressures placed on them by increased demand throughout the year.

They are holding an event on Tuesday 14th August at the Freedom Centre, to gather people’s views and ideas on how to manage pressures across social care and health and how we can develop these services together.

This event is open to anyone who has experience of using Health and Social Care, especially hospital attendance, admission and discharge processes and people who use adult social care services or their carers.

The event will be an opportunity to share experiences, the good and bad, and work with the service providers to ensure that the views of people and their carers are considered when developing future services.

This is a free event and lunch and refreshments will be provided.

If you wish to find out more information or have any questions please contact Healthwatch on 01482 499038.

Tickets for this free event can be booked here through Eventbrite
