Healthwatch Hull vaccine survey

Healthwatch Hull are currently conducting a survey around the COVID-19 vaccine.

They are wanting to ask anyone and everyone about their views on the vaccine, such as:

• Whether you will be getting the vaccine
• If so, what are the main reasons for getting it
• If not, what are the reasons or concerns around the vaccine
• How you’ve been receiving updates about the vaccine
• How you feel about the messaging from the Government around the vaccine

Healthwatch Hull want to use this information to be able to identify and promote why people are getting the vaccine as well as to look deeper into what the reasons are behind people not getting the vaccine.
