19.07.22 – Menopause Q&A with Kay Merritt, CHCP
29th June 2022Healthwatch: Let’s Talk about Menopause

The Menopaus’ull Support Network has been supporting women in Hull and East Riding since August 2021 and over this time many women have accessed the activities it has offered. A few weeks ago Healthwatch approached the Menopaus’ull Team about ‘menopause support in Hull’ and we were able to offer our help in sharing the below survey to gain a better understanding about local provision to support menopause.
Please don’t forget to mention ‘Menopaus’ull‘ when asked about services you have accessed to support the menopause. It falls within the ‘other’ section of the questions and as a grant funded project, it would be great to keep this project on-going.

Menopause is more than a physical change, it can impact every aspect of everyday life and not just for those experiencing it, but for others around them as well.
Healthwatch Kingston upon Hull recognises that it is important that local support and information is readily available to those who need it and that’s why they need to hear from you. They want to collate your experiences, which will help shape the plan for future engagement to help improve access to services and support.
Healthwatch will not share any of the information you provide to us with any other service or organisation and the information provided will be anonymised and solely be used for the purpose of this project.
This survey will be closed on 31st July 2022 and the information collected will be used to determine local needs, priorities and next steps.
